Liz Keenan, MPH, is a seasoned public health leader with over a decade of experience spanning state government, non-profit, consulting, and private healthcare sectors. Specializing in Maternal, Child, and Family Health (MCH), Liz offers a strategic approach to MCH initiatives, workforce and organizational development, and systems improvement. She is a recognized expert in leveraging the Title V MCH Block Grant as a catalyst for strategic alignment and collaborative change to improve health outcomes. Liz’s approach is grounded in systems thinking and human-centered design, focusing on aligning resources and efforts to achieve meaningful goals. She brings a collaborative, strengths-based approach to every project, firmly believing that effective change is built on a foundation of trust, empathy, and partnership.
