She has partnered with Proximate Learning for the last 2 years.Kimberly is an experienced training consultant and facilitator who is passionate about designing impactful and engaging learning experiences for adult learners. With over a decade of experience developing high-quality training programs, she has worked in a variety of industries to successfully develop both synchronous and asynchronous training programs. Whether it's e-learning or a 2.5 day in-person retreat, Kimberly prioritizes active engagement, thoughtful reflection, action-oriented activities, and human-centered design to empower individuals and teams to unlock their fullest potential through engaging learning experiences.
