From finance and banking to insurance, telecommunications, call centers, retail, software, and cyber security, Heather has provided direction and support in her roles as an HR Business Partner, Global Learning and Enablement Manager, and Consultant. She’s developed and delivered training enablement programs domestically and internationally for all levels of employees from frontline staff to C-level leaders. Heather is a knowledgeable, professional, and authentic facilitator with real world leadership experience that she openly shares in her sessions. During each interaction Heather intentionally creates an environment where participants feel safe to share, explore and build actionable skills that they can utilize in their day-to-day activities. Heather has led large-scale projects to redesign and deploy a comprehensive performance management program using personal assessments, 360° surveys, DISC Insights, and competency modeling. Throughout her career, Heather developed and facilitated engagement and retention programs to retain employees during times of change, and created companywide training plans for new and existing field staff, notably reducing turnover by 45% for a non-prime auto insurance company. Most recently, Heather has been a valuable resource for our specialty programs with our Women in Leadership, Diversity and Inclusion and Assessment Feedback and Coaching.
